Each show is exciting and engaging as Chris combines guitar, harmonica, and storytelling and takes residents on a musical journey through the ages.
The showtime is about an hour and is flexible depending on your residents needs. I am also available for holidays and weekend concerts.
America Folk & Variety Show (1 hr.) Popular 50s & 60s songs and stories about family traditions. Chris plays his grandfather's guitar - a Gibson J-45 acoustic made in 1944. The songs match the age and spirit of this show and will bring listeners on a journey through time. With a splash of harmonica Chris creates a musical moment sure to get some toes tapping and everyone remembering good times with friends and family.
Cowboy'n Country Ho-Down Show (1 hr.)
Popular Folk and Country Songs and melodies fill this western themed performance. Hank Williams, Roy Rodgers, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, John Denver and Woodie Guthrie are a few favorites that your residents will hear and learn about during the show. Don't forget to wear your cowboy hat!
Christmas Holiday Special (1 1/2 hrs.) Traditional Christmas songs and stories accompanied with sleigh bells, harmonica, and the guitar. A telling of The Night before Christmas will conclude the performance.
Valentines Show (1 hr.)
Primarliy love songs from Elvis, Jean Audreys , Roy Orbison, Beatles, and a variety of other songs including. Mr. Sandman, I'll See You in My Dreams, Five Foot Two, Sweet Caroline, Blue Swede Shoes, Folsom Prison Blues ect. Most of the artisits are instantly familiar and can be sang along with and danced to.
